I'm a married 35 year old mother of 3 awesome kids (15, 12 and 6).
I've been overweight most of my adult life. I used to say that I'm perfectly fine with how I look but lately I came to the conclusion that I am just lying to myself. I'm not ok, I'm not happy. I want to be healthy and fit but I'm soooo far from where I need to be that I give up easily. :( I want to be genuinely content with my life and right now, I'm just not.

So this is my beginning....I've GOTTA.START.SOMEWHERE! I'm following a lot of different people that are on the same journey...I need all the help and support I can get!
